At Custom Paints, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hand-painted fashion pieces. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all custom tags and protective seals are still attached.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
