What type of paint is used on the clothing?
We use professional-grade, flexible acrylic textile paints and fabric markers that are specifically designed to bond with fibers without cracking or peeling.
How should I wash my custom-painted garments?
To preserve the artwork, we recommend hand washing in cold water or using a delicate machine cycle inside out. Always air dry and avoid direct ironing on the painted design.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Each piece is hand-painted to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for production, plus standard shipping time depending on your location.
Can I request a completely custom design?
Yes! We love collaborations. You can use our 'Custom Request' form to upload images or descriptions, and our artists will work with you to bring your vision to life.
What is your return policy for painted items?
Because each item is custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is a defect in the garment itself, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement.
